**About this opportunity**

Job Location - Mumbai

**In this role, you will**
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to team projects
- Maintain accurate, update and compliant information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Route and monitor req and offer approval process and create offer letters
- Schedule, monitor and communicate pre-employment background checks
- Close out job requisitions after positions are filled
- Submit purchase requisitions for recruiting related costs
- Other duties may be assigned

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Excellent administrative, organizational, scheduling and people skills
- Strong communication with business leaders to go along with analytical skills and a keen eye for small details
- Organized, proactive, and multi-tasking approach to daily responsibilities
- Strong computer skills in MS Office, specifically MS Excel and PPT.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems (Workday and iCIMS a plus)
- Flexibility to changing tasks, priorities, and work schedules is required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in an administrative support capacity (staffing/recruiting preferred)
- Preference given to those with previous Talent Coordinator experience, but not required
