**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at our Ahmedabad location. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing procurement, managing office operations, and ensuring the efficient use of resources. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials and services.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient work environment.
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Coordinate with IT support to ensure the functionality of office equipment and technology.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet the needs of various departments.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services provided by external parties.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Management, or any field.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in operations management, procurement, or office administration.

- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
