**Job Description**:
As a Wealth Management Associate at Swatantra Wealth, you will be responsible for supporting our team in various aspects of wealth management operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, preferences, and risk tolerance levels.

2. Financial Operations: Assist in the execution of investment strategies, portfolio management, and financial planning activities.

3. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as account opening, documentation, and record-keeping with precision and efficiency.

4. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to clients.

5. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any inquiries or concerns promptly.

6. Time Management: Manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment.

7. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with wealth management operations.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

2. Prior experience in wealth management, financial services, or a similar role is preferred.

3. Strong analytical skills and passionate about learning.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

5. Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.

7. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
