Operations Management Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Operations Management Associate to join our team for a 4-month internship. This role is ideal for freshers or students from any management-related fields who are eager to gain hands-on experience in operations, partner management, and problem-solving.

You will work closely with the team to source and hire product partners, train and support them, manage daily queries, and assist in operational tasks – an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the dynamic world of operations and partner management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Sourcing & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing and hiring product partners to expand our network.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Foster and maintain healthy relationships with partners to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Daily Query Resolution: Handle and resolve operational queries from partners effectively to ensure timely resolution.
  • Operational Coordination: Support day-to-day operational processes and workflows to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of partners, hiring processes, and performance to inform business decisions.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Freshers or students from any management-related field (e.g., BBA, Hotel Management, Commerce, or related fields).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with partners and colleagues.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on partner satisfaction to drive long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace preferred to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
