**Job Description: Part-Time Assistant/Executive**

Glide & Gear Limited is a dynamic small business with two thriving e-commerce brands: Glide & Gear, specialising in electric bikes and scooters, and Little Gliders, a go-to destination for premium baby gear, nursery furniture, and active play products. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to join our team in an all-purpose role that will provide invaluable experience in managing and growing a UK-based e-commerce business.

**What You'll Be Doing**
In this role, you’ll handle a wide variety of day-to-day tasks essential to running the business. These include, but are not limited to:

- Optimising PPC campaigns and Google Ads.
- Maintaining and growing the company’s social media presence.
- Overseeing order fulfilment and back-end management.
- Supporting other business operations as required.

This is not a role with rigid, predefined tasks. Instead, we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn the ins and outs of e-commerce, understands the many moving parts of running an online business, and is motivated to grow alongside us.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Eagerness to Learn**: No prior experience is necessary; we value curiosity and a hunger for growth.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with basic tools and platforms is a plus, but a willingness to quickly learn new technologies is essential. Tools we use are Klaviyo, Google Workspace, Google Ads etc, Meta's Business Suite etc.
- **Startup Mindset**: You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats, managing priorities, and taking ownership of tasks.
- **Proactive Problem Solver**: As you grow into the role, we’ll rely on your input for decision-making and problem-solving.

**Job Logistics**
- **Hours**: 10-15 hours per week.
- **Pay**: Fixed monthly pay, with compensation for any additional hours worked as agreed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
