The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on our online platforms, ensuring seamless inventory management, and enhancing customer experience across e-commerce channels. You’ll play a key role in maintaining product listings, updating stock levels, handling order fulfillment, and supporting our digital sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate stock levels across various e-commerce platforms.
- Update and optimize inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
- Product Listings & Content Management:

- Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor product performance and ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines.
- Order Fulfillment:

- Oversee order processing, tracking, and timely shipment of products.
- Address customer queries related to order status, product availability, and shipping.
- Platform Management:

- Manage and update our presence on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase online sales.
- Customer Experience:

- Provide customer support through e-commerce platforms, addressing inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Monitor and improve overall user experience on our online store.
- Sales & Marketing Support:

- Assist in creating online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or related roles.
- Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
