Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day marketplace operations across platforms (Amazon-USA, Walmart-USA, etc.).
  • Upload, optimize, and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, design, and sales) to ensure smooth execution of online strategies.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and recommend strategies to increase visibility and sales.
  • Ensure timely order processing, shipment coordination, and return/refund management.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies to stay competitive in the market.
  • Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, deals, and promotions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues quickly.
  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, platform policies, and tools.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
  • Knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or other e-commerce systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
