Designation: F.G. Dispatch & Logistic Executive
Reporting to: Plant Head

**Responsibilities**:
1) Dispatch planning on daily basis as per schedule given by party and PPC
2) Plan for vehicle, transportation in advance for every delivery of goods.
3) Dispatch details should be mailed to party (clients).
4) Plan of vehicle one day before so that there is optimum utilization of the vehicle and can be used for more delivery.
5) There should be no shortages in consignments
6) Vehicle must be full if found empty debit note will be issued to you for outstation delivery
7) All dispatches of outside Nasik, LR copy mail to party immediately.
8) If order received but FG material not available should be highlighted to plant head and production manager for concern department.
9) Fuel, expenses and other planning should be given to accounts in advance
10) Other vehicle (outside) should also be planned on daily basis without any failure for delivery.
11) Without job order slip, no material should be dispatched and file should be maintained with actual Qty. delivered against the same.
12) Low cost transport should be found out and should be delivered to party, so that either we or party is benefited.
13) Providing incentive to driver to optimize the delivery of vehicle
14) Any other work given by director
- Experience- 2 - 4 Years- Salary- 2 Lac 25 Thousand To 2 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.- Industry- Cargo / Freight / Transportation / Packaging / Shipping/Logistic- Qualification- Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Professional Degree, Other Bachelor Degree, B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, Post Graduate Diploma, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Com- Key Skills- Dispatch & Logistic ExecutiveAbout Company
