We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Container Loading and Dispatch Executive at our export manufacturing company. As the Container Loading and Dispatch Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently handling shopfloor materials, packaging, and ensuring the smooth loading and dispatch of products, with a particular focus on loading pipes into 40ft containers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise the loading and packaging of products onto 40ft containers, ensuring optimal space utilization and secure placement of items.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols during the loading and packaging processes.
- Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of products to be loaded, maintaining accurate records of inventory.
- Collaborate with the production team to prioritize and schedule loading activities to meet customer orders and shipment deadlines.
- Conduct inspections of containers to ensure they meet shipping requirements and are properly sealed.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation providers to arrange for timely dispatch of loaded containers.
- Monitor loading equipment and machinery to ensure their proper functioning and promptly report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, such as production, quality control, and warehouse, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to loading, dispatch, and inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in logistics or material handling is a plus.
- Proven experience in material handling, packaging, and loading operations, preferably in an export manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with loading pipes into 40ft containers and understanding the challenges associated with it.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure accurate loading and dispatch of products.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices related to material handling and container loading.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and operate loading equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and documentation.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
