Job Summary: - We are looking for a creative and analytical Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who is strategy and execution focused. A person with experience at B2B product companies and is able to own all areas of B2B marketing, including but not limited to Product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, public relations, analyst relations, channel marketing and marketing analytics. In this position, you will be responsible for scaling current channels and generating new opportunities to grow the business. We need a highly strategic thinker who is also excited about execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define, measure and report the performance of all marketing channels/campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals including acquisition and retention.
- Develop a scalable growth strategy through various channels while also evaluating other sales channels for our product.
- Own and efficiently scale the budget, allocating spending and optimizing a blend of channels to hit growth targets efficiently, while thinking long term and being resourceful.
- Manage customer segmentation strategy and develop smart attribution modeling, ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message, at the right place and time.
- Manage an existing growth team, while consistently evaluating new ways to increase efficiency and grow the team.
- Work with our analytics team to lead marketing analytics and ROI analysis for campaigns and channels, defining and executing robust optimization programs.
- Coach and develop managers, own communication across executive level and partner teams.
- Conceptualize, plan, execute and review the marketing strategy for the organization
- Strategize and implement Brand Communications and PR communications on offline and online platforms.
- Accountable for conceptualization, design, development and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives for brand positioning, awareness and recall
- Collaborate with Sales and Product development teams to drive innovative customer acquisition
- Review and manage digital content marketing strategy and ensure effective execution and review
- An in-depth understanding of user acquisition techniques across multiple channels like SEM, SEO
- Responsible for leveraging content to generate leads for the business
- Driving customer engagement initiatives on multiple digital platforms
- Build, manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team and Manage marketing budgets effectively and generating maximum ROIs
- Partner with engineering and other teams to differentiate and leverage performance and reach
