Role Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring business growth, compliance, and financial stability. The role involves strategic planning, fund management, capital structuring, and driving profitability for all real estate projects. Key Responsibilities Formulate and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for projects. Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls. Manage project financing, investor relations, and fundraising (banks/NBFCs/PE). Ensure statutory compliance (RERA, GST, taxation) and strong governance. Partner with MD/CEO and business heads for key financial decisions. Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Key Skills & Competencies In-depth knowledge of real estate finance, project funding, and compliance. Strong expertise in fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets. Strategic thinking, leadership, analytical and negotiation excellence. Qualification & Experience CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com from a reputed institute. 20+ years’ experience with 7–10 years in senior finance leadership within real estate. Proven record in financial strategy, large-scale project finance, and capital raising.
