**Job Type**: Full-time | Senior Leadership

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support key business decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage investor relations, audits, tax planning, and regulatory filings.
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks; manage company capital and funding.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on company-wide strategy, expansion, and cost optimization.
- Minimum **8-10 years of experience** in finance, with at least **3-5 years in a CFO or similar senior finance role**.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional qualifications like **CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance** will be preferred.
- Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
