Key Responsibilities

- **Reporting & Analysis**:Manage the preparation and presentation of financial reports, analyze financial data to provide strategic insights, and establish key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and market risks through proactive strategies and crisis management plans.
- Investment & Capital Management: Manage investments, capital structure, and fundraising efforts, including evaluating opportunities for mergers and acquisitions.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Executive Team Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and board, advising on financial matters and contributing to corporate decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Supervise finance personnel, such as controllers and financial advisors, to ensure the finance department functions effectively.Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Education**: A degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is required, often with advanced degrees like an MBA being beneficial.
- **Professional Experience**:Several years of experience in senior financial leadership roles.
- **Financial Expertise**:Deep knowledge of corporate finance, financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management.
- **Leadership & Communication**:Strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills**.**:

- **Analytical Skills**:Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and financial management software.
