We are looking for an experienced and result driven **Spare Parts In charge**

**Work Experience**:5-10 years

**Salary**: Negotiable

**Job Type**:Full time

**Job location: Africa (work from office)**

**Qualification**:Graduate and should be from manufacturing and construction background.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for stock control and replenishment of spare parts and minimize obsolescence.
- Plan and conduct inventory count.
- Ensure that there is no variance between physical and book stock.
- Review parts flow and provision.
- Cater to the needs of other departments by providing parts as per requisition.
- Monitor and ensure timely ordering and delivery of special parts or back ordered parts.
- Ensure cleanliness of workspace as per 5S principles.
- Ensure that forecast is sent to the procurement department on time.
- Co-ordinate with supplier for timely supplies
- FIFO maintenance
- Assist in handling customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
- Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
- Track, report and resolve any discrepancies in received orders
- Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns.
- Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers.

**Experience & Skills**:

- 5-10 years of working experience as Spare Parts Incharge in commercial vehicle segment of a major Automobile Company.
- Proficient in inventory systems and record keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good management and organizational skills.
- Effective Time management and problem-solving aptitude.
- Physical strength, stamina and the ability to work for long periods of time.
- Capable of working in a team efficiently.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur City, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
