Techno-Commercial After Sales Executive – Solar Inverters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle after-sales service requests related to solar inverters (troubleshooting, warranty claims, AMC, spares, etc.).
  • Coordinate with service engineers, OEMs, and customers for timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of service calls, warranty claims, and spare parts consumption.
  • Provide technical support (remote & onsite) to clients and assist in diagnostics.
  • Prepare commercial offers for AMC contracts, spare parts, and service packages.
  • Follow up with customers for payments, renewals, and service agreements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses and professional handling of queries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for upselling spare parts, extended warranties, and upgrades.
  • Track and analyze service KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer feedback).
  • Prepare MIS reports for management on service performance and revenue.
