We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecaller** to contribute to generating sales or leads for our company. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers by providing them with the correct information and resolving their queries over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to solve queries or provide information.
- Pitch products or services and explain benefits.
- Maintain records of conversations and update customer information in the database.
- Follow up with customers to close sales or check on satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
- Handle complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages].
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
- Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales is a plus.
