**Patient /Guest Executive (PE/GE)**

**Experience: 1-3 years**

**Location: Hyderabad**

**Openings: 2-4**

**Shift Timings**:
**Shift 1 8AM -4PM**

**Shift 2 10AM -7PM**

**Shift 3 1PM -8PM**

**Shift 4 8PM -8AM (Night Shift) - Weekly one day**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Warm Welcome**: Greet each walk-in patient and their attendants with genuine warmth and friendliness, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable as they enter the healthcare facility.
- **Guidance and Direction**: Assist patients and attendants in locating the registration desk, outpatient department (OPD), and inpatient department (IPD), providing clear and helpful directions to streamline their visit.
- **Form Assistance**: Offer hands-on support in filling out all necessary patient-related forms, ensuring accuracy and clarity while addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Feedback Collection**: Facilitate the signing of feedback forms, encouraging patients to share their experiences and insights to help improve service quality.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster a positive rapport with patients and their attendants by actively engaging in conversation and showing empathy, thereby enhancing their overall experience.
- **Profile Management**: Maintain meticulous records of each guest's preferences, likes, and dislikes, ensuring that this information is updated in the appropriate fields on their profiles for personalized service.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of patients throughout their visit, addressing any potential issues proactively.
- **Professional Attitude**: Uphold a consistently positive and professional demeanour, always reflecting the values of compassion and respect.
- **Appearance and Communication**: Present a polished and professional appearance, complemented by excellent communication skills in English, to make a lasting impression on patients and their families.

By these responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience and promoting a welcoming environment within our healthcare facility.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
