We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Calling Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, introducing them to our fitness programs, answering queries, and converting leads into studio memberships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and inquiries.
- Explain studio services, packages, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure conversion.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details.
- Work with the marketing team to implement sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly targets for conversions and appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling / sales / customer service preferred (fitness industry experience is a plus).
- Ability to handle objections and provide clear information.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel).
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness is desirable.
