Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Follow-up on leads and referrals resulting from marketing activities and campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
- Provide accurate product or service information to customers.
- Handle customer objections and concerns effectively to close sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
- Update customer information in the database accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven telesales experience with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
