**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments in the practice management system for patients and clinical staff.
- Provide information, directions, and assistance to physicians, patients, their families, and vendors.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care needs.
- Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, competence, and friendliness in all interactions.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Utilize strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Employ problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide creative solutions.
- Show empathy and a strong customer service orientation.
- Be willing to work night shift (9:30 pm to 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-5 years experience in international voice processing.
- Excellent English communication skills (American accent is preferred)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
