**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Service Delivery**:

- Delivery of high-quality soft services, including housekeeping, and facility management.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery to identify areas for improvement.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and manage a team of service providers, including housekeeping staff, security personnel, and maintenance technicians.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and complaints.
- Proactively address resident concerns and maintain positive relationships.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery.
- **Safety and Security**:

- Ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.
- Conduct regular safety audits and fire drills.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment to prevent the spread of diseases.
- **Sustainability**:

- Promote sustainable practices in soft services, such as energy conservation and waste reduction.
- Implement eco-friendly cleaning products and procedures.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, facility management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in soft services management, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
