**Job Summary**
Generate leads and convert them into projects.
- Regular follow-up with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and share proposals.
- Explore new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
- Promote additional services to existing clients.
- Update sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Execute marketing strategies to drive revenue.
**Responsibilities**

- Educational background: Civil Engineering, Engineering (any stream), or MBA.
- Passion for sales, marketing, or business development.
Desired Profile:
- Strong communication (Hindi & English).
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Confident in negotiation and sales techniques.
- Business knowledge and technical understanding.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proven sales track record is a plus.
- Energetic team player with a proactive attitude.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in technology or technical sales.
- Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of successful outbound calling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
- Familiarity with market analysis and understanding of customer service principles.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and industry trends.
