**Job Title**: Customer Support Representative (International Voice Process)

**Location**: Hadapsar, Pune

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹41,000 per month

Job Summary

We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Representatives for our international voice calling process. In this role, you will assist US clients by attending to their inquiries and resolving their issues. If you possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound and outbound calls from US clients to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide clear and effective solutions to client issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and share best practices.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Work Schedule
- **Working Days**: 5 days per week
- **Days Off**: 2 rotational days off
- **Shift Type**: Rotational shifts to accommodate US time zones

**Qualifications**:
