Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities: ΓÇó Take prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone ΓÇó Present product solutions virtually. ΓÇó Generate revenue by counseling prospects and converting them to sales. ΓÇó Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals ΓÇó Respond quickly to assigned leads ΓÇó Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics. ΓÇó Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
