Key Responsibilities:
Validate and reconfirm bookings of Hotels through APIs and directly with suppliers.

Ensure accuracy in booking details such as dates, pricing, and availability before final confirmation.

Support the integration and testing of new API connections for reconfirmation processes.

Identify and troubleshoot API-related issues impacting booking reconfirmation like Check-in & check-out issues.

Coordinate with suppliers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies promptly.

Maintain records of reconfirmed bookings and any issues encountered during the process.

Work closely with customer service and operations teams to address reconfirmation-related concerns.

Liaise with travel suppliers to ensure timely updates and resolution of booking queries.

Ensure all bookings meet quality standards before reconfirmation.

Monitor and audit API responses for errors or inconsistencies.

Identify gaps in the reconfirmation process and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Assist in testing and implementing new tools or features related to API operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,215.03 - ₹36,216.92 per month
