**Post: CRM Executive**

**Exp: Min. 3-5-year exp. in any CRM related position**

**Qualification: Min. Graduate BCOM/ BSC/ (any Stream)**

**Industry: manufacturing/ (Non-IT)**

**Functional Area: Customer Relation Management**

**Employment Type: Full Time**
- **When require, pick the inbound calls, and gather necessary customer information about caller and process it through the CRM tool**:

- **Validate customer information with our CRM tool and create a S.R. on CRM on behalf of the customer.**:

- **Should have good typing speed to quickly create Tender, quotation & customer’s cases/update service requests in the ticketing system.**:

- **Effective communication in (English) and customer handling skills are desired.**:

- **Must be proficient in MS Office.**:

- **Handling MIS for Tender & Invoice Tracking.**

**Must have**:
** Graduation is mandatory**
** Expert in client handling, MS Excel & Word and any Software**
** Should have good excel &communication skills.**
** Should be open to work from office.**
