Job Description: Frookoon is looking for dynamic and result-driven **Field Business Executives** to expand our network of footwear manufacturers by onboarding them to our e-commerce platform. This role involves visiting manufacturing hubs, pitching Frookoon’s benefits, and ensuring successful product listings.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify and visit footwear manufacturers in assigned locations to onboard them on Frookoon’s platform. - Build strong relationships with manufacturers and wholesalers to expand product variety. - Explain the benefits of online selling, pricing strategies, and digital cataloging. - Assist manufacturers in registering and listing their products on the Frookoon website. - Gather product details, pricing, and images to ensure high-quality listings. - Provide training on order management, inventory updates, and customer engagement. - Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets. - Regularly report field activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
Skills & Qualifications: - **Education**: Minimum Graduate (Any stream); MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in field sales, business development, or e-commerce onboarding.
- **Communication**: Fluent in Hindi, English, and regional languages (as per location).
- **Negotiation & Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online selling, and cataloging.
- **Market Understanding**: Knowledge of the footwear manufacturing ecosystem is a plus.
- **Travel Requirements**: Willing to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- **Must Have**: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license and smartphone.
