Title: Business Development Executive in Digital Marketing (with one year experience)
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record in digital marketing to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and increasing revenue. With your expertise in digital marketing, you will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead generation and prospecting:
- Utilize your knowledge and experience in digital marketing to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Conduct research to understand the target market and industry trends, enabling you to identify new business opportunities.
- Leverage online platforms, networking events, and industry publications to develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Relationship building and client management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and digital marketing requirements.
- Effectively communicate the value of our digital marketing services, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
3. Sales strategy development and execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our digital marketing solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring successful deal closures.
4. Collaboration and coordination:
- Collaborate with the internal digital marketing team to create innovative solutions and strategies tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative departments, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate client requirements, objectives, and expectations to internal teams for effective project delivery.
5. Industry knowledge and continuous improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, strategies, and industry advancements.
- Attend industry conferences, webinars, and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and stay ahead of the competition.
- Share industry insights, best practices, and innovative ideas with the team to drive continuous improvement.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
