**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create motion graphics for video content, advertisements, presentations, websites, and social media platforms.
- Animate graphics and video elements using software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or other animation tools.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and videographers to conceptualize and execute motion designs that meet project objectives.
- Develop storyboards, animation timelines, and visual concepts to guide video production and motion design processes.
- Ensure that motion graphics are in line with branding guidelines and company objectives, while also being visually appealing and engaging.
- Integrate sound effects, voiceovers, and music with motion graphics to create a cohesive and impactful multimedia experience.
- Edit and refine motion graphics based on feedback, ensuring high-quality output.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new software tools, and techniques to continually innovate and improve motion graphic design.
- Work on a variety of formats, including digital ads, social media posts, promotional videos, product demos, and branded content.
- Maintain organized files and project documentation for future reference and project handoffs.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Motion Graphics Software**: Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar motion design and animation software.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to conceptualize and execute motion design ideas that enhance the visual story.
- **Animation Skills**: Strong understanding of keyframe animation, typography animation, 2D and 3D animation, and visual effects.
- **Design Fundamentals**: Solid understanding of color theory, composition, layout, and typography as applied in motion design.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to execute complex designs with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality results.
- **Storytelling Ability**: Skill in using motion and design to effectively communicate a message or narrative.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Ability to work effectively in a team, incorporating feedback, and managing project timelines.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio of motion design projects, showcasing previous work in animation, video production, or motion graphics.
- Experience in multimedia production, video editing, and animation is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
