About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer who also possesses strong expertise in graphic design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing impactful visual content across multiple platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, social media, eLearning modules, and corporate communication.
  • Design static creatives for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, infographics, banners, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to translate concepts into compelling multimedia outputs.
  • Edit and enhance video content with sound, transitions, and motion effects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Research and apply the latest trends in motion graphics, animation styles, and visual storytelling.
  • Maintain an organized workflow, including project archiving and file management.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work.


Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with 3D animation tools.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with sound editing and basic audio design.
  • Creative storytelling and script visualization ability
