- Online Sales officer / Representative Job Responsibilities and Duties:

- Conduct online sales operations to meet the company’s sales goals.
- For commercial prospects, locate and contact potential clients.
- Focus on making demonstrations and arrange daily customer meetings.
- Upgrade client database with prospective customers’ contact details and interests.
- Perform routine duties following the work plan.
- Develop lucrative and effective client relationships.
- Maintain the current knowledge of product details and special offers.
- Attend sales education and training events to advance your career.
- Quickly and effectively react to client inquiries.
- To meet your monthly sales quota, operating alone or in a team.
- Make sure customer satisfaction by providing good service.
- To market corporate items, conduct inbound and outbound calls.
- Generate sales forecasts and forecasts and create sales strategies.
- Keep up with the latest internet marketing ideas and competition.
- Online Sales Representative Skills and Qualification:

- A Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar field
- Superior verbal communication abilities
- Ability to create relationships with consumers Solid understanding of the goods they are selling
- Demonstrate your sincerity.
- Management of data
- In-depth knowledge of your target market

- Skills in customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
