Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Target Achievement
  • Acquire new customers for banking products like Current & Savings Accounts (CASA).
  • Achieve business targets for various financial products, including loans, fixed deposits, and insurance.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs.
  • Manage and service the existing customer portfolio and coordinate with customers for renewals and after-sales service.
  • Product Sales & Cross-selling:Promote and sell banking, third-party, and other financial products.
  • Cross-sell products to home loan customers and open-market business.
  • Customer Profiling & Needs Assessment:Profile customers on each call or visit to identify their needs and recommend suitable investment and insurance options.
  • Gather customer family and insurance details to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Compliance & Quality:Ensure compliance with all required banking norms and regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
  • Ensure the quality of business sourced and adhere to certification requirements for selling specific products, like insurance.
  • Lead Generation & Market Awareness:Generate new customer leads and penetrate the market to meet productivity norms.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and provide market feedback to supervisors.
  • Collaboration:Collaborate with Home Loan Executives and other partner representatives to ensure maximum customer engagement and joint calls.
