Executive Secretary

**Job Summary: The Executive Secretary to the CEO provides high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing the CEO's schedule, facilitating communication, and coordinating various tasks to enable the CEO to focus on strategic objectives.**

Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Administrative Support: Handle confidential information with discretion, manage office supplies, and support other administrative tasks as needed.
Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Qualifications:
Proven 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
