- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Animation market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the Animation industry
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and services to meet client needs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to proactively position our offerings**Required Skills**:
- In-depth understanding of the Animation industry and its key players
- Proven experience in driving B2B sales and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop creative sales approaches
- **Preferred Skills**:
- Bachelors /Master's or relevant advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in dealing with international Animation clients and markets
- Familiarity with animation production processes and technology trends
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools for sales optimization
