- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs

- **Preferred Skills**:

- Bachelors /Master's or relevant advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in dealing with international Animation clients and markets
- Familiarity with animation production processes and technology trends
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools for sales optimization
