Sudhanand Group is seeking a proactive and skilled **IT Coordinator** to join our team at our Mysore office. The IT Coordinator will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting IT systems, software, and hardware across the organization. This role involves ensuring smooth IT operations, providing technical support, and ensuring the seamless functioning of all technology resources within the Sudhanand Group's infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Troubleshooting**: Quickly identify and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. Provide timely support to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
- **IT Support & Maintenance**: Monitor, maintain, and upgrade IT systems and equipment, including computers, printers, network devices, and servers, ensuring that all are working efficiently.
- **Helpdesk Support**: Provide technical support to Sudhanand Group employees, addressing any technical queries or problems related to IT systems, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- **System Monitoring**: Regularly check system performance and security, ensuring that all IT infrastructure is operating efficiently, securely, and in compliance with organizational standards.
- **Data Backup & Recovery**: Ensure routine backups are completed for all essential data, and lead recovery efforts in case of data loss or system failure.
- **Network & Security Management**: Assist in maintaining the security of the company’s network systems by implementing and monitoring firewalls, antivirus programs, and ensuring compliance with internal and external security standards.
- **Collaboration with Departments**: Work closely with other departments to ensure that IT systems are aligned with business operations and meet the technological needs of each department.
- **Hardware and Software Procurement**: Assist in sourcing and procuring new IT hardware and software to meet the growing demands of the company, and oversee the lifecycle management of all IT equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of **2-3 years** of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and supporting end-users.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and office software.
- Strong understanding of hardware, network systems, and IT troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and network security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with non-technical staff.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- A willingness to stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
