**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: Jira Deployment & Migration Expert

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:
**Responsibilities**:

- Jira Configuration Migration
- Develop the general criteria to be applied for Jira Template/Configuration selection by teams
- Develop the detailed documentation for Jira Support Team to be able to Migrate a Jira Project to the selected Template/Configuration
- Develop change management (communication and training) materials to ensure right adoption
- Run a couple of pilot migrations to test and learn before launching global deployment
- Build a global deployment roadmap according to business needs and available resources
- Lead each Business migration execution, coordinating all involved teams and stakeholders
- Deliver training sessions to teams migrated
- Build and maintain a tracker to show migration progress, risks, and impediments
- Risk Management Practice Deployment
