**Role: Client Relations Executive**
**Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai* Onsite - No remote**
**Shift: Night Shift (6:30pm to 3:30am)**
**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to clients.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
Coordinate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to anticipate client needs and preferences.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in client relations, account management, or customer service roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Experience in the [specific industry or sector, if applicable] is a plus.
A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
