**Admin & Client Relations Executive**
As the **Admin & Client Relations Executive** at Engage Digital Partners, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with client interactions. This role requires strong organizational skills, administrative expertise, and excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:Office Administration**:
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Oversee procurement activities, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and enhancements.
**Vendor Management**:
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
- Identify and recommend new vendors as needed.
**Client Assistance & Coordination**:
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating client meetings.
- Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support internal teams in client-related administrative tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in office administration, vendor management, and client coordination.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive mindset with problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
