**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Executive located in Chennai. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing business relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive client relations. The Client Services Executive will also be tasked with utilizing analytical skills to improve client services and engagement.
**Responsibilities**
- Regularly meet with clients to present strategies, project deliverables, reports, and future plans.
- Proficiently understand client requirements and effectively relay them to the content, design, and development teams.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality results in line with client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for a select group of clients, managing all client communications.
- Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery for your designated client accounts.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for each client account.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, industry peers, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to account development and client retention efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for design and the ability to provide guidance and feedback to designers.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Prior experience in an agency setting is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the digital marketing or creative industries.
- The ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and functions.
- A strong focus on client service.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in client services, business relationship management, and client relations
- Ability to analyze and solve problems related to client engagement and satisfaction
- Strong analytical skills to help maintain and improve client services and relationships
- Strong communication skills to help establish effective client collaborations
- Experience in managing client accounts and working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize important deadlines and tasks
- Experience in the Digital Marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
