Job Overview:
As an Event Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of events. This role will require you to coordinate between clients, internal teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality events that meet client expectations. As a fresher, you will be provided with the necessary training and mentorship to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Understand client requirements and ensure clear communication with internal teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and executing events such as corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and other events.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- **On-site Event Management**:
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and problem resolution.
- Manage client expectations and resolve any last-minute issues or changes.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Assist in preparing event proposals, budgets, and post-event reports.
- Ensure all client feedback is documented and shared with the team for continuous improvement.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as updating databases, scheduling meetings, and tracking project timelines.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with teams and take initiative.
- **Problem Solving**: Quick thinker with a proactive approach to handling client and event challenges.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on details to ensure all event elements meet client expectations.
- **Travel**: Willingness to Travel in and outside of India.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Basic knowledge of event planning and project management.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills for client interaction.
