Job Role:
Nativer Private Limited, an agri-tech and food delivery startup in Erode District, Tamil Nadu, dedicated to making quality agricultural and daily-use products easily accessible to households. We connect local farmers and suppliers directly with consumers through a smart logistics and delivery network, ensuring fresh, authentic products reach homes efficiently.

We are looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives who can actively engage with people, promote our brand, and convert them into regular users. The role involves explaining product benefits, generating leads, and building long-term customer relationships.

**Benefits**:

15 days probation period with salary

Salary hike after 3 months based on performance review

Work Timing:
9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Flexible timings available)

**Requirements**:
Two-wheeler is mandatory

Good communication and convincing skills

Passion for sales and customer interaction

Key Responsibility:
Convert people into regular users of our platform by clearly explaining product benefits and offers

Build and maintain strong customer relationships
