We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Field Marketing Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and expanding the brand’s presence in the field through direct customer engagement, market research, and event management. You will play a key role in implementing marketing campaigns, driving sales, and gathering valuable customer insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Activation**: Implement on-the-ground marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product promotions.
- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with potential customers directly at events, retail locations, and in the field to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and activations that align with the company’s marketing strategy.
- **Market Research**: Collect feedback and insights from customers to understand market trends and competitor activities.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- **Brand Ambassadorship**: Serve as the face of the brand in the field, ensuring consistent messaging and positive customer interactions.
- **Collaborate with Sales Teams**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
- **Promotional Material Distribution**: Ensure that marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers, are distributed effectively across targeted locations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in field marketing or sales (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
