**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential customers to explain chit fund schemes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Conduct field visits, meetings, and promotional activities to generate leads.
- Educate clients about company policies, benefits, and financial discipline.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and customer visits.

- Strong convincing ability and sales mindset.
- Fieldwork willingness and target-driven attitude.
- Local market knowledge (Erode & surrounding areas).

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
- Experience: 0-3 years in Sales / Marketing / Finance preferred (Freshers also welcome).
- Age: 21-35 years.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
