**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Loan Recovery**:

- Visit borrowers for timely collection of EMIs/installments.
- Follow up with overdue clients and ensure recovery within the due dates.
- Handle group and individual loan collections.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Educate borrowers on repayment schedules and consequences of defaults.
- Resolve repayment-related queries in a respectful and professional manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure future business opportunities.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily collection records and submit reports to the Collection Manager.
- Update customer repayment information in the system or logbook.
- Flag potential defaulters and fraudulent behavior to the relevant team.
- **Field Work**:

- Conduct field visits, sometimes in remote areas, as per assigned routes.
- Work closely with field officers to coordinate efforts and ensure coverage.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all collection activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling customer information.
