Nativer Private Limited is a fast-growing agritech and home-delivery startup offering farm-fresh milk, groceries, non-veg, and homemade products directly to customers. We are expanding rapidly across Tamil Nadu and looking for energetic field marketing executives to join our team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct direct field marketing in assigned areas to promote Nativer’s products and services.
- Introduce customers to subscription models, offers, and brand benefits.
- Generate new leads and collect accurate customer information.
- Conduct follow-ups with interested leads through calls or in-person visits.
- Classify customers into active, potential, or uninterested categories.
- Maintain proper records of daily leads, visits, and conversions.
- Gather market feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Participate in daily area-wise planning and performance review meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local communities.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or promotions (FMCG or startup experience preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Passion for customer interaction and on-ground sales.
- Basic knowledge of using mobile apps or CRM tools for data entry/reporting.
