**1. Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the petrol pump.
- Ensure smooth functioning of fuel dispensers, air machines, and other equipment.
- Coordinate fuel deliveries and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pump premises.

**2. Staff Supervision**:

- Supervise and schedule pump attendants, cleaners, and other ground staff.
- Train staff on safety procedures, customer handling, and operational protocols.
- Ensure staff wear proper uniforms and follow standard operating procedures.

**3. Customer Service**:

- Resolve customer complaints or disputes quickly and professionally.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and prompt service.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.

**4. Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with safety norms, legal regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety drills and equipment checks.
- Keep fire extinguishers, safety signage, and first-aid kits updated.

**5. Inventory and Supply Chain**:

- Manage inventory of lubricants, diesel, petrol, and other accessories.
- Track reordering levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Maintain proper records of stock received and consumed.

Pay: ₹14,412.86 - ₹25,000.00 per month
