We are a prominent South Indian retail store specializing in têxtiles and jwellery, dedicated to providing our customers with a diverse range of high-quality apparel. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor for our Apparel Section to lead our team and ensure a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.

**Job Summary**:
The Supervisor for the Apparel Section will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that the section is well-stocked and visually appealing. This role is vital for maintaining high standards of customer service and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the apparel section team.
- Train, motivate, and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the apparel section is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and management.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, updates, and promotions.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and inquiries.
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize product placement and promotions.
- Collaborate with management on merchandising strategies and inventory planning.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision, preferably in apparel.
- Strong knowledge of têxtiles and fashion trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
