Customer Service Representative

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting
- relationships.
- Creating loyalty and driving revenue from existing customers by developing and executing
- contact strategies across multiple segments and all customer touch points.
- Constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with key customers, Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong and Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (written as well as
- verbal)
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems, to ensure
- maximum client satisfaction.
- Has the calibre to perform in a dynamic environment and deliver KRA’s.
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
- Patient and friendly personality.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Quick learner.
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel, Microsoft word.
**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
