**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and existing customers.
- Promote and sell real estate properties and services to meet sales targets.
- Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
