**Job Title**: Site Supervisor

**Reporting To**:
**Reporting Under: None**

**Location**: Surat (Willing to relocate if necessary)

**Working Hours**: 6 Days Working-9. - 6.30

**Industry**: Architect.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Site Management and Supervision**:

- Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards and timelines.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with project managers, architects and designers.

**2. Coordination & Communication**:

- Communicate project requirements to workers, subcontractors and vendors.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to provide project update.
- Ensure materials are available on site as per project requirements.

**3. Quality control & Safety Compliance**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and workmanship.
- Ensure all works follows safety regulations, industry standards and company policies.
- Identify and address any non-compliance issues promptly.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily site reports, Attendance records and work progress documentation.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to the project manager.
- Track inventory, materials and equipment usage on-site.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in site supervision for 2- 3 years.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes and construction techniques.
- Familiarity with project management tools and MS office (Auto CAD knowledge is a must).
- Ability to interpret drawings, blue prints and specifications.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
